Delivery Information 1. Every item that we sell will be personalised to your specification. Different processes, whether print, embroidery or embossing have differing lead times, according to how much work each factory has queued at that time. Typically, lead times are a fortnight but if you have a specific deadline to be met then please let us know at the time of enquiry and we will work with you to fulfil your requirement as much as possible. 2. Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day or lead-time specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. 3. All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery. Special express deliveries can usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges (e.g. express print charges and express delivery charges) that will be charged to you at current commercial rates. 4. Lead times will be deemed to commence at the date and time that the Company receives in writing, “signed off” approval of the artwork that the Company supplied to the client, and payment is received in full where applicable. 5. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods ordered, no loss or liability is accepted for delay or error in delivery date. 6. We reserve the right to deliver goods in advance of the originally planned Delivery Date upon the giving of reasonable notice to the customer. If Goods are to be delivered in instalments each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Seller to deliver any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as repudiated.
